Glad you asked! We believe it's the resting place of a so-called human "hero." A dead hero. Rumor has it there will be good relics there, maybe even treasure.

I never learned to swim. There isn't much cause for it in the Black Citadel. But, if you go over and look around, I guarantee that something worthwhile will happen.
