- A human ranger could at one point choose a pet krytan drakehound at the biography step during character creation. This is no longer the case as of the BWE of April.
- The Drakehound's collar says "C.A.T"
- The drakehound's appearance is modeled after the real-life great dane, displaying the common coat color known as "fawn", as well as cropped ears.
