The Ossan Quarter is an area within Divinity's Reach located in the northwest section of the city.

Trivia

• This area is supposedly named after the Ossa family, which reigned over Kourna following the defeat of Palawa Joko by Turai Ossa in the Battle of Jahai. Therefore it is assumed that this is a district housing many Elonian refugees.
