The Scorchlands are in the Iron Marches. Its one of the main base of operation of the Flame Legion.
In order to get into the Scorchlands, you may have to destroy one of the gates in Victium Moors then head north from there.

- Go to the point of interest just north and slightly west of the Vista and then walk/jump on the rocks to the Vista.
