The Strange Energy Source is a skill challenge located at the The Great Oouo Point of Interest in the Guilty Tears area in Timberline Falls.
It is located in a small asuran lab in the shape of a face. Accessing the lab requires one to pass multiple (at least a dozen) grawl (Grawl Shaman, Grawl Trapper, Grawl Berserker) along an ascending path en route to the rear of the 'face'.
Note : There is a non-interactive NPC in the room by the name of Champion Frainn (54).
