[[Halloween]] is a [[festival]] celebrated annually in October and November in the world of [[Tyria (world)|Tyria]]. Lasting about two weeks, this celebration brings many seasonal events and activities in [[Lion's Arch]] and [[starting area]]s. This period is also denoted by the weakening of the barriers separating Tyria from [[the Underworld]], resulting in many paranormal phenomena, and the arrival of the [[Mad King Thorn]], his [[Lunatic Court]], candy elementals, as well as a myriad of ghosts and other creatures.
