Usage

{{X-color|[shading]}}

Where shading is one of the following values:

Contrasts	Tints	Commonly used for
Lighter	Tint2	striped row
Light	Tint	alternate row
Medium	Background	header row background; this is the default shade
Dark	Border	table/div borders; text

On articles that use multiple shades, stick with the naming convention of either the first (contrast) or second (tint) column; mixing up the names makes it more difficult to compare.
