Note, if the alternate article's subject and alternate article name are left out, this message defaults to article named "{{PAGENAME}} (disambiguation)" for "other uses".

Note, if left as normal, like above, the optional alternate will not show. If however you add an additional alternate article, it will add another "For other uses, see {{PAGENAME}} (disambiguation)" as default.
