Notes

• While having Explosive Powder traited, this skill causes 150 Defiance Bar damage.
• Activating this skill while Cleansing Burst is active will still trigger the AoE Healing combo.
• The Blast Finisher triggers combos at the player's location rather than at the turret's location, due the toolbelt being on the Engineer.
• The damage from this skill originates from the turret itself, thus does not scale with player stats.
• This skill has 0.5-second recharge delay, when the turret is first placed, in order to prevent accidental detonation.

16 мая 2017	Detonate Turret: This skill has been moved off of the Tool Belt skill. It is now the flip skill for the associated turret. Added a 0.5-second recharge delay to detonate-turret skills, when a turret is first placed, in order to prevent accidental detonation.
