The Fires of Balthazar Skin is a skin for back armor. It has the appearance of two flaming heads of the Hounds of Balthazar. It is obtained by completing the Balthazar Back Item Reward Track or purchasable on the Trading Post.

  • This item was released with the April 2014 Feature Pack update.
  • The skin can be used as a light source. However, it is only visible to the owner.
