Alacrity is an effect unique to mesmers specialized as chronomancers which causes skills to recharge 33% faster. For every second under effect of Alacrity, skills recharge 1.33 seconds.“33% к скорости перезарядки умений.

Notes
- Skill cooldown = original cooldown - 0.33 * alacrity duration, if the alacrity expires before the cooldown.
- Skill cooldown = original cooldown / 1.33, if the cooldown expires before the alacrity. For example a skill with 30 second cooldown recharges in about 22.5s.
