Festival of the Four Winds

Festival of the Four Winds is an annual summer festival. It features the combination of most festival content from Bazaar of the Four Winds, launched on July 9, 2013, and Queen's Jubilee, launched on August 6, 2013. The first Festival of the Four Winds event was launched on May 20, 2014 as a celebration for the Chinese release and as a prequel to Living World Season 2. It has returned as an annual event starting with its July 23rd, 2018 release.

During the festival, Labyrinthine Cliffs and The Crown Pavilion are open to visitors from all of Tyria.

150px	Labyrinthine Cliffs Region: Maguuma Jungle	A byzantine system of cliffs used by the Zephyrites for trade, full of activities and adventures, unique merchants, mount and skiff races, fishing events, as well as many achievements and other secrets. Accessed via using the 20px Hot Air Balloons in Lion's Arch, The Crown Pavilion, or any of the major cities.	Participate in the treasure hunt!
	The Crown Pavilion Region: Kryta	A special zone located below the Crown Pavilion area in western Divinity's Reach, offering Queen's Gauntlet and the Boss Blitz, along with various merchants and mount race. Accessed via entering the portal next to the  Crown Pavilion Waypoint —  Crown Pavilion Waypoint —  Crown Pavilion Waypoint — in western Divinity's Reach, or using the 20px Hot Air Balloons in major cities. Queen's Gauntlet	1	1	A set of challenging battles that put the players against unique bosses in single-combat. Special gambit conditions are available to further increase the challenge and earned rewards. Speak to a Fight Manager in the Crown Pavilion, found at the top of the area—through any of the six dividing walkways to the outer ring, and futher up through three ramps leading up—to gain access to the arenas. Aspect Arena	1	1	A PvP activity with unique skills based on aspects, where the goal is to collect more points than the enemy team. Speak to Zephyrite [Aspect Arena] on the high cliffs in Sky Docks to join.	Sky Docks Waypoint —	Festival Token
Sanctum Sprint	1	1	A racing activity with unique movement skills and power-ups, where the goal is to race the top of the mountain. Speak to Zephyrite [Aspect Arena] on the high cliffs in Sky Docks to join. The activity is also available on specific days from any Activity NPC outside of the festival. 20px Griffon adventures: Griffon Expert Griffon Master	0	1	Race adventures where you need to race through all the checkpoints as quickly as possible. Only available to players who own the griffon mount and have trained the Aerial Prowess mastery. The master adventure starts on top of the giant stone pillar northwest of the cliff waypoint, and the expert adventure starts on top of the Phoenix Dawn airship, south of the waypoint. 24px Labyrinthine Cliffs Crystal Collection	0	1	An adventure where you need to collect crystals in hard-to-reach places while using either the special crystal skills, or mounts. Players without a mount can rent it from any Mount Trainer for 10 . Talk to Lumen in the central area start the adventure. 24px Time Trial: Skimmer Slalom (Event version)	0	1	A mount race where you need to race through all the checkpoints as quickly as possible while using the skimmer mount. Players without the skimmer can rent it from Mount Trainer for 10 , just north of the starting point. Talk to the Time Trial NPC below the cliffs to start the adventure. 24px Time Trial: Flying Dolyak (Event version)	1	1	A race adventure where you need to race through all the checkpoints as quickly as possible while being transformed into a dolyak calf, with unique skills. 24px Time Trial: Labyrinthine Skiffs (Event version)	0	1	A race adventure where you need to race through all the checkpoints as quickly as possible while using a 20px skiff. Players without the skiff can rent one for 10  from the 20px Skiff Rental, Raia Keelbreak, just north of the starting point. Talk to the Time Trial NPC in the south-eastern coast of the archipelago. 24px Time Trial: Pavilion Pursuit (Event version)	0	1	A race adventure where you need to race through all the checkpoints as quickly as possible using a mount while avoiding foes along the way. Players without a mount can rent the raptor from Mount Trainer for 10 . Talk to the Time Trial NPC in the centre of the Crown Pavilion near the waypoint. The event version starts each time after the Boss Blitz meta event is finished.
Fishing Tournament	0	1	A fishing tournament where the goal is to catch the most fish, or fish of the highest quality. Only available to players with the End of Dragons expansion and fishing unlocked. Starts on a timer, which can be seen below.	Bazaar Docks Waypoint —	Bag of Fish  Imperial Favor

PvP and WvW

• Festival of the Four Winds Reward Track - a temporary repeatable structured PvP Reward Track and a temporary repeatable World versus World Reward Track are available for the duration of the festival.

Historical activities

• Beacons of Kryta — only available in 2013, an activity where it was required to light multiple torches around Divinity's Reach.
• Candidate Trials — only available in 2013, a challenge mission activity with multiple waves of enemies.
• Queen's Champion — only available in 2013, a series of champion fights.
