Astral Ward
“Join the Astral Ward in fighting off the Kryptis forces as they crawl into Tyria through rifts in reality, laying siege to Amnytas above. As you progress through the ranks, you'll take on increasingly deadly prey—in new and existing maps—and unlock new rewards for your efforts along the way.
The Astral Ward is a secret organization silently protecting the world of Tyria from various threats, with the most recent focus being the Kryptis.[1] The mastery of the same name specializes in accessing recipes and upgrades for Rift Hunting to stop the Kryptis threat.

Established in 604 AE by Isgarren, with Taryn as the first Warden, the Astral Ward's leader.[2]
Members of the Astral Ward have dog tags with codes and the engraving of the symbol of the specific Bastion they are loyal to, with some members not being sworn to any.[3]
