It can often be useful to cite sources in articles. If those references are cleanly formatted, they can be more easily understood and the article information easily verified.
Use[править]
Generally speaking, references are used when a source is not "instinctively" easy to find. For example, references to a forum post or fansite article are useful, as are "hidden" bits of information on the official website. However, some sources only clutter up the article and the reference list, so "obvious" references can be avoided.
It isn't necessary to reference something on this wiki, as normal wiki-links can be used.

Reference list[править]
The list of references shouldn't display raw URLs. Using standard wiki-code in combination with the ref-code above, a reference is formatted as title/summary of page, name of website. The following is an example reference list:
