“During your adventures, you'll master the Heart of the Obscure, a mystical artifact, and unlock additional capabilities as you train with it. You'll need to use its strange powers to track and destroy rifts, facing new dangers as you progress
Heart of the Obscure Research[1] is a mastery that allows players to hunt and close Kryptis Rifts during Rift Hunting with the use of the eponymous Heart of the Obscure object. It will be available exclusively through the Guild Wars 2: Secrets of the Obscure expansion.
Lore[править]
The Heart of the Obscure is a mysterious, magical object which has the ability to both open and seal rifts. At some point, Zojja found it and began studying it, and she later handed it over to the Pact Commander while pointing out that she was still learning the depths of its power.
Mechanics[править]
- The Heart of the Obscure can be used to track, hunt and close Kryptis Rifts throughout the world. See Rift Hunting for more details.
- After leveling the appropriate masteries, the Heart can also create updrafts or ley lines as well as open Minor and Greater Arcane Chests in select locations in the Guild Wars 2: Secrets of the Obscure zones.
