Skills and Abilities[править]
- Left foot stomp - stomps with his left foot, causing a wave of poison water to wash over players. Will arch his eyebrow and look to the left before performing this attack.
- Right foot stomp - as above, to the right.
- Double stomp - stomps with his entire body, causing two waves of poison water to wash over players. Will squat before performing this attack.
- Roar - looks left and right, then lets out an open-mouthed roar. Deals no damage.
- Tongue lash - flicks his tongue out and sweeps it around the entire room.
Walkthrough[править]
The fight takes place on a poison pond full of small lily pads that sink when stepped on, and 3 large stationary pads in front of the King.
The King will always attack in the following pattern: 2-3 stomp attacks, followed by a roar and a tongue lash. All of the King's attacks can be avoided by jumping at the right moment; however, it is recommended to avoid them by moving to the opposite side when he performs a single-foot stomp, and hopping around the smaller lillies during his double-stomp. The King will telegraph the next stomp by glancing in the direction of a single stomp and squating for the double stomp.
The King will be invulnerable for most of the fight; attacking him during this time will cause shards of the jewel on his necklace to break off. The key to this fight is his open-mouthed roar ability: when he performs it, pick up a shard and throw it into his mouth to briefly stun him and make him vulnerable to your attacks. Stunning also has the benefit of cancelling his tongue lash for that attack cycle.
