Stone Summit is an ancient dwarven guild that used to be active in the Shiverpeak Mountains. They were a militant organization that hated outsiders and sought to conquer and enslave them all. They were led by Dagnar Stonepate, who it is said aspired to rule all of Tyria.

The Stone Summit was engaged in a brutal civil war with the more peaceful Deldrimor dwarves. The Deldrimor were victorious in the end, eventually killing both Dagnar Stonepate and his successor, Duncan the Black. After Duncan's death, the Stone Summit was scattered, and what became of the remnants is uncertain.

The Stone Summit was notorious for their use of slaves. Most notable of the races they enslaved were the dredge. Their enslavement of the dredge, and the territorial disputes which arose when they eventually won their freedom, are the primary reason that the dredge are as aggressive and mistrusting of outsiders as they are.

Stone Summit artifacts and ruins are still found in the Shiverpeaks, most notably in Sorrow's Embrace, a Deldrimor base of operations that was taken over by the Stone Summit and used as their capital. When the Stone Summit was defeated the base was taken over by the Dredge and used as their own capital.
