Diverse Ledges technically belongs to Sanctum Harbor (since it's waterside), but on foot it's reachable through the White Crane Terrace, being its southernmost rock. Climbing the wooden tower high up on the rock you can find a springboard to dive into the waters of Lion's Arch below. If you pick up the goggles lying near the springboard your character will perform some somersaults during the jump.
