The Langmar Estate is both an area and a Guild Puzzle located south of Guardpoint Decimus Waypoint in the south-western part of Plains of Ashford. Access to the waypoint is guarded by some Ascalonian Veterans and their mobs, with a quick respawn rate.

- The waypoint is typically contested. It only becomes useable when your guild is assigned Langmar Estate as a puzzle.

- Captain Langmar was the leader of the Ebon Vanguard and part of many important events in the original Guild Wars.
- The waypoint and the guild puzzle were added in the Feb 26, 2013 update.
