This effect is granted by the Master of Fragmentation trait when applying Искажение.
When active, a transparent crystal grows and envelops the target, releasing a rainbow aura burst and wind-blown white light particles, then shrinks and disappears. A metallic twinkling noise plays, as well. Both the visual and audio effects will loop if necessary for the effect's duration.
This effect will last as long as the Искажение that triggered it.
