Historian Symon is a dungeon merchant at Fort Marriner in Lion's Arch, who exchanges unique armor and weapons from the Ascalonian Catacombs dungeon for Ascalonian Tear tokens. Exotic Ascalonian Catacombs armor and Ghastly weapons have a required level of 80, while the rare armor has a required level of 30-35. Rare weapons are not available from this vendor.
