Lunar New Year 2019

New seasonal loading screen for Divinity's Reach.

Lunar New Year 2019 was an event celebrating the new Year of the Boar, that took place in the Crown Pavilion in Divinity's Reach. It was released with the January 22, 2019 update and ended on February 12. This year, Celestial Dragons had been added to Lion's Arch and each race's capital city: Black Citadel, Hoelbrak, Rata Sum, and The Grove for easier access.

A new year dawns on Kryta and its citizens! All Tyrians are invited to Divinity's Reach for festival activities, traditional celebrations, and cheer to start the year off in good spirits.

Participate in firecracker lighting, enjoy a new festival race, compete in the Dragon Ball arena, and earn festive envelopes containing a variety of prizes. All proceeds from festival goods will be donated to support citizens displaced by recent events.
