Spectral Agony is an effect caused by attacks from Jade Constructs and mursaat that causes high damage throughout its duration to players unless cleansed with Counter Magic.“Damages and applies confusion, torment, cripple, and slow to the target each second. Use Counter Magic to return conditions to caster.

- Sometimes causes the player to start screaming when applied.
- The effect is very similar to Spectral Agony inflicted by the mursaat in the original Guild Wars. However, unlike that version, the damage can be mitigated through removing or transferring the conditions separately from removing the effect.
