Spectral Agony is an effect caused by attacks from Jade Constructs and mursaat that causes high damage throughout its duration to players unless cleansed with Counter Magic.

• Applies 1 second of  Хромота, 1 second of  Замедление, and 5 stacks of  Замешательство and  Боль for 3 seconds every second unless removed with Counter Magic.
• Has a duration of 5 seconds.
• Sometimes causes the player to start screaming when applied.
• The effect is very similar to Spectral Agony inflicted by the mursaat in the original Guild Wars. However, unlike that version, the damage can be mitigated through removing or transferring the conditions separately from removing the effect.
