Has an internal cooldown of 5 seconds instead of 3 seconds. This makes it exactly as powerful as Major Sigil of Air.

• Does not share cooldown with Major Sigil of Air enabling you to have both the major and the superior tier on the same weaponset.
• The Lightning Strike on all 3 sigil tiers deals the same amount of damage.
