“Окружить себя электрической энергией, которая оглушает противников поблизости, если они вас атакуют. Каждый нападающий может быть поражен только один раз в 2 секунды.
Шоковая аура (4 сек): Оглушает атакующих противников поблизости электрошоком (не чаще, чем раз в 2 секунды на атакующего).
Оглушение: 1 сек

Notes
